We stayed as a family of 3 with my son an husband both very picky eaters. Let me just say breakfast was phenomenal from the flavor to the options my aon and husband loved it. Plus the 2 workers we met 1 day was a man 1 day was a lady both super friendly and helpful. Also the coffee, tea, hit chocolate station is amazing and at your service all day and night.

Got there, and the staff upgraded us to suite for more room. They had hot coffee and tea on standby. We had trouble figuring out the TV, but they came right up and showed us how it worked. So nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the pool and hot tub were working. Would definitely recommend this hotel again, and we will be back!

Front End staff were friendly, accommodating, pleasant. Scrambled Eggs were hot. Coffee was excellent. Coffee syrup flavors were nice. Room location was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Towels were super soft. Loved the area with bar like effect. Location is perfect to downtown.

Breakfast was delicious, the girl who attended it - very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk young woman told us about the amenities, everything was beyond our expectations! When we will travel to Concord we will surely stay at the Best Western!

The King room i purchased was clean and very well appointed. Having a separate seating area with desk and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink was awesome. Staff were extremely nice and respectful.
